Either schedule a 15 minute free phone call or a full 50 minute initial consultation. We will talk through what you're struggling with and whether I might be the right therapist for you. If you decide to continue, our first few sessions will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for me to gain a deeper understanding of what brings you to therapy and what you are seeking from our work together.

Following the initial consultation period, I will recommend the frequency of treatment that would best suit your needs and talk through any questions and concerns you may have about therapy. Our work will be steeped in psychodynamic and attachment theories and will be specifically tailored to you and your individual circumstances and needs.

In a psychodynamic ways of working, you will move towards developing a greater understanding of the connections between your past and present as well as the unconscious conflicts that may be holding you back and sabotaging your efforts. This will support the development of your confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. We will work to better understand your relationships with yourself and others, exploring possibilities for relationships that feel connected, safe, and secure.
